Your Role:

As a Studio Artist, you’ll collaborate with and support a variety of teams and projects. You will need a blended skill set and experience with problem-solving and technical execution. You will handle digital and print projects, often inclusive of each other. This is a remote role that will report to the VP, Group Studio Director.

Studio Artist Responsibilities:

• Employ technical and creative skills to create accurate layouts, formatting, using tools across the Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite.

• Collaborate with our teams (Account Managers, Project Managers, Creatives) to implement client edits to existing files and ensure correct file setup.

• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital purposes, including proper sizing, color correction, interactivity, and formatting.

• Maintain organized file management, following naming conventions and backup procedures within existing structures.

• Work in a team environment, across departments.

• Stay updated with the latest creative industry trends and seek learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of layout production experience in an agency or similar environment, specializing in both print and digital design.

• Portfolio: Portfolio demonstrating production design skills across print and digital media.

• Software Skills: Proficient skills in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), with knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and PowerPoint.

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in both print and digital processes, production methods, and digital file handoff for developers.

• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Teamwork & Work Ethic: Strong team player with a solid work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent time management and communication skills.

• Quick Learner: Aptitude for quickly learning new software and techniques.

• Project Management & Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work extended hours as needed.
