The Student, IT/OT Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented entry-level role to assist in the execution of various infrastructure, network, and IT projects. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and service delivery. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will support project management activities, maintain asset inventories, and manage coordinate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and tracking IT and OT projects.

  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Support service delivery tasks, including change requests.

  • Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and reports.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly stored.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration disciplines, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and service delivery concepts.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change
