We are seeking a motivated Student Designer to join our Client Experience Design Team. This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the user experience across our platforms, ensuring seamless interactions and delightful client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Analyze and optimize user flows across platforms to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future design decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Product Design, UX Design, or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (we use Figma) and principles of UX/UI design.
- System thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Not afraid to ask questions.
