Job Description
Job Description Responsibilities:

Staffs the front desk and is the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

Sends/receives e-mails for the institute.
-
Answers main phone line.
-
Orders/organizes supplies.
-
Stocks/cleans supply room, kitchen area, and conference rooms.
-
Assists with expense reports.
-
Sends/receives packages for the institute.
-
Runs errands as needed.
-
Processes invoices.
-
Files/copies/scans/faxes.
-
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Currently enrolled at TAMU or Blinn.
-
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive University vehicles.

Must be able to pick up and carry boxes or packages.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Professional communications including e-mails.
-
Customer service attitude.
-
Exceptionally organized.
-
Aggiebuy and Emburse expense reports (we will train).
-
Team player.
-
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.

Ability to establish effective working relationships.
