Who you are
We are looking for a Student Assistant in our order execution team. As a person you are creative, you have a business-focused mindset and understand the importance of cultural influences in a business approach. You are willing to take ownership, handle multiple assignments, and able to keep agreements and deadlines.
About the job
The main purpose of this role is to support our order execution team in their daily tasks. Some of your tasks will involve:

Administrative part of the order-to-cash processes.

Invoicing/re-invoicing.
-
Certificates.
-
Support follow-up list.
-
Order shipment and follow up.
-
Notify customers regarding delays.
-
Returned goods.
-
Credit notes.
-
Urgent cases/problem cases.
-
Ad hoc tasks.
-
Collaboration between Sales Support, Logistics, and Alfa Laval companies.
What you know
While your educational background is of secondary importance to us, it is preferable if you have knowledge about Axapta. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills in the English and Danish languages, both written and verbal.
There will be weekly approx. 10 – 15 working hours up to 3 days a week. During holidays and busy periods, working hours will be agreed with the manager. The tasks will be given by the teams – primarily the order execution team and manager.
