About The Role – This position offers the opportunity to take part in Digital Transformation; where we identify, define, develop, and implement the mix of process, technology, and culture to improve the customer’s experience with personalized yet automated digital journeys. · Assisting Product Owners with General Feature Enhancements user stories

· Assisting Product Owners in developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating various innovative projects on CRM

· Supporting Product Owners and Leaders with analyses, data insights and reports

· Analysing commercial data and opportunity pipeline to build solid business cases

· Orchestrating status meetings and summarizing progress updates

· Assisting with administrative tasks when needed for offsites or other department tasks

· Taking part in everyone having FUN at work

· We welcome applications from students on either bachelor’s or master’s degrees.

· Can do attitude and a desire to learn alongside a willingness to take ownership

· Ability to handle ambiguous situations with excellent communication skills

· Skills in data analytics, preferably with competences in Excel, PowerBI or similar.

· Interest in learning about new technologies including Salesforce.com

· Flexible on working hours (15-20 hours/weekly) at our office at Esplanaden.
