Internship Description
The purpose of the internship is to support, manage and help teachers and students during their educational experience. The Resource will support the Student & Academic Services team in producing and improving programs, students’ presence, preparation and distribution to students of welcome kits, certifications and general services.
The intern will support the office in providing students, staff and faculty the tools and the support needed for the student success. With the team will serve as the central repository for all the students records, monitor required academic milestones, provide academic advising and support for undergraduate students, collaborate with academic departments to provide academic support for graduate students, and serve as the primary liaison between current students and the Faculty.
The resource will support Student & Academic Services team in the following activities:
- Support Academic Services staff in managing students and tutors requests
- Support Academic Services in monitoring emails from students and tutors
- Support Academic Services staff in managing daily organization of courses and data entry activities
- Support Academic Services in managing paper and online registers and monitoring students attendance
Education & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Humanities / Social-Economic field;
- English proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Office suite;
- Accuracy and punctuality
