Law & Regulation – Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice
Your role as a Strategy & Operations Analyst will expose you to business-critical projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. Job Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or other relevant fields preferred.
- Candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Core Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities—ability to assess risks, identify efficiencies, and drive process improvements.

Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice Responsibilities:
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting business initiatives and operational improvements within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. You’ll:
- Assess and report the health of projects and programs, ensuring transparency and accurate status updates.
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide oversight and direction throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans and requirements.
- Act as an internal advocate for projects, driving engagement and alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate project risks or issues as needed.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and operations—leveraging data, problem-solving, and project management skills to support business goals.
