Job Description

Your key tasks: 

  • Champion the wider strategy frame: tools, insights, platform, execution, measurement

  • Develop meaningful insights to address business and brand challenges

  • Design integrated communication plans across diverse channels, taking creative innovation to new heights 

  • Partner and collaborate with Client Partners to deliver portfolio success and challenge the Marketing process 

  • Team with other departments and agencies based on the priorities 

  • Influence agency culture by seamlessly fusing media, data, and creative excellence 

  • Empower junior team members as a mentor, guiding their growth and success

Zenith is looking for a Strategy Media Lead for its Milan offices!

You will develop brilliant solutions for a key client in the agency and elevate the role of comms and media in the business agenda.

Key Responsibilities 

Helping develop responses & guidance to strategic briefs from clients to ensure best in class thinking & global consistency. 

Qualifications

If in your past experience: 


  • You demonstrated proficiency in numerical analysis, ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, translating them into actionable insights 

  • You have at least 5-10 years’ experience within strategic marketing planning, media budget management

  • You know how to leverage analysis and insights from econometric models / tools / digital platforms and produce ad-hoc analysis required to support business priorities 

  • You can sustain conversations in English and autonomous in presenting

  • You have deep knowledge of media and media offer in Italy.

  • You have deep working knowledge of insight & planning tools and a proven ability to bring insights to develop communications strategies.

  • Strong understanding of multiple sources for market, consumer, and media intelligence 

  • You are at ease in presenting in front of an audience and have strong skills in persuasion and selling of your ideas and strategies to new and existing clients.
