What you’ll do
The Strategy Director plays a key leadership role in driving the success our clients. They develop long-term
relationships and become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. They are part strategic advisor, part
client developer, and part team builder, inspiring and leading teams to solve our clients’ toughest brand and
business challenges.
To succeed in this critical role you will need to demonstrate
• A trusted advisor for executive-level clients
• Leads the team to develop and deliver high-quality work
• Leads multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs, articulate the story, develop recommendations,
and provide solutions to create brand led client solutions
• Pushes themselves and their team to be at the forefront of AI use to maximize knowledge, inspiration
and efficiencies
• Actively grows existing client relationships and develops new relationships
• Is a strategic lead on pitch presentations and opportunities
• Develop proposals, pitch materials, and leads new business pitches
• Elevates and broaden the perception of our capabilities and broader offer
• Leads development of articles/POVs, products, methodologies, and processes
• Supports key internal processes such as training, recruiting, marketing, and coaching
• Contributes at all levels of creative generation
• Champions best-in-class project and financial management for all projects, engagements, and growth
opportunities
• Champions collaboration, working closely with the creative lead, client lead and brand
performance lead, as well as any required expertise or specialist
• Champions, embraces, utilizes, and coaches the team on how best to use strategy tools to solve clients’
business challenges
• Facilitates and ensures a share-of-voice for wider team members across multiple disciplines, promoting
communication and collaboration
What you’ll need
Strong track record of delivering multi-scale, multi-year client successes
• Strong experience in designing, conducting, and analysing secondary and/or primary research
• Experience in pitching and winning businesses
• Passionate about being culturally connected and on the leading edge of brands, marketing, design and
innovation
