We Offer
Join Maersk's fast-growing logistics business to drive and support the transformation of Maersk to be the global integrator strategy within the Transported by Maersk (TbM) space.
As a Strategy Deployment Manager in TbM Operations you’ll be responsible for defining and driving projects to deliver our business strategy, developing long-term roadmaps, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive various projects (e.g., actively support workstreams and drive analysis/analytics when relevant)
- Support development of long-term transformational roadmaps to deliver strategy
- Define structure, approach and timeline(s) for relevant projects to deliver strategy
- Drive relevant communication to leadership (e.g., synthesize progress, key risks and mitigation etc.)
- Look for improvements within ways of working and governance to optimize project delivery
Who we are looking for:
- A structured problem solver with ability to deal with complex issues while being able to ‘zoom-out’ and see the big picture
- Structured in handling data and conscientious about data quality, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data being an advantage.
- A strong communicator, who can synthesize and communicate complex issues and solutions in a simple and compelling way
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Good interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills
- Proactive attitude with commitment to personal and professional development
