We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern colleague for our Corporate People & Culture Team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the Talent Acquisition Partner and the People & Culture Business Partners in the recruitment process for open roles.
Throughout the course of your internship here at Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), you will be able to gain suitable experience and skills in order to lead the recruitment process of certain positions end-to-end. In this position you will focus on:

Using social media platforms (such as Linkedin Recruiter), professional networking sites/platforms/databases (like Profession.hu, Phenom People) to source and identify potential candidates

Conducting phone screenings, checking the candidates' professional background, motivation and language knowledge via telephone interview

Organizing and partaking in online and face-to-face interviews

Supporting the candidates' hiring journey comprehensively from start to finish

Ensuring accurate administration of the whole recruitment process

Creating compelling and accurate job advertisements that will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent
Who you are

You have ongoing studies at any Hungarian University/college

You are available at least 25-30 hours per week

You have a good command of English, German and Hungarian, have outstanding communication skills

You have a customer oriented mind-set and you are creative, enthusiastic, proactive and open to taking over new tasks
