We are looking for a Strategic Sales Associate to take on a unique role that blends business development with enterprise sales learning and support. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to grow into a sales closing role while working closely with senior leadership on large, high-impact enterprise deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Conduct targeted outreach to enterprise prospects within Fortune 500 accounts, focusing on building relationships and securing qualified meetings.
- Research and personalize outreach strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and outreach platforms
- Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess their fit with Wevo’s solutions.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Hubspot.
Enterprise Sales Support
- Work directly with sales leadership to assist in large enterprise deal cycles.
- Participate in high-level strategy discussions, capture detailed notes during calls, and contribute insights for follow-ups.
- Help craft tailored proposals, RFP responses, and account strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between sales leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure alignment on enterprise opportunities.
Learning and Growth
- Shadow enterprise sales cycles to gain hands-on experience in navigating long, complex deal cycles with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Take ownership of smaller deals and close them independently, developing negotiation and closing skills under mentorship.
- Receive coaching and training to grow into a closing role within the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably within SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success in generating meetings and pipeline for large enterprise accounts.
- Exposure to supporting or working on complex deal cycles is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong research, prospecting, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and outreach tools
