We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Relationships Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting relationship discussions with strategic partners, creating a structured approach to manage quality and delivery expectations, and facilitating alignment between roadmaps. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
What you will do:
- Support relationship discussions with key strategic partners to ensure alignment, quality of delivery and collaboration.
- Create a structured approach, define clear expectations with metrics, and establish a regular cadence to manage quality expectations from customers in the loan servicing field.
- Develop a joint Quality/Acceptance Scorecard to measure and report on the solution’s functional coverage and compliance capabilities.
- Facilitate alignment between strategic partners and customer roadmaps to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
- Conduct executive checkpoints to review risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
- Focus on delivery costs, business case alignment and joint outcomes through strategic partnerships.
What you will need:
- US Citizenship is required
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum SEVEN (7) years of experience in managing strategic relationships, partnerships with SaaS solution providers, or a related field. Experience in working with top-tier commercial consulting firms in financial industry is highly desirable
- Experience with Loan servicing (Mortgage, Student loans) platforms (e.g. ICE MSP, Sagent) and regulatory compliance processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in developing and implementing quality metrics and scorecards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical and business information to a general audience
- Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with program RAID logs and risk management is a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
What would be nice to have:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Mortgage Processor or Six Sigma
- Master's degree
The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00-$203,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
