Summary
Richardson RFPD, an Arrow Company, has an exciting opening to drive success with our Radio Frequency (RF) Business Group. The RF Power Strategic Product Marketing Manager has the responsibility to guide the strategic implementation of our expanding RF business unit.
The Manager will drive the RFPD product and service offering including a comprehensive portfolio both off-the-shelf and custom products including but not limited to RF transistors, RF amplifiers, RF pallets as well as associated active and passive components.
This hands-on role will place an emphasis on implementing our growth plans of existing suppliers while seeking our complimentary new component and value-added engineered solution partners to support customer's needs for satisfying project outcomes. The Manager develops vertical-specific marketing collateral, and will work closely with the global sales teams to evangelize our RF portfolio.
The Manager will be the key contact/interface between the various Richardson RFPD groups (Sales/Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, Business Development Managers, and Contracts) and the supplier's corporate level staff members,
Growing RFPD's revenue, profitability, market share and improving return on working capital are primary measure of this position. The RF Power Strategic Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Global Marketing and work closely with regional marketing & sales managers.
What You Will Be Doing:
This position will work to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and profitability objectives around, planning and execution to aggressive schedules. The key responsibilities include:
- Drive growth of RFPD Global RF Power revenue and margin
- Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of all current and future products to be promoted towards various market applications.
- Engage directly and thoroughly with the RFPD Global Sales team as well as lead regular meetings with suppliers and customers to understand use cases and growth opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive relationships with assigned suppliers and be a supplier advocate within RFPD, making "Doing Business" as easy as possible for the Sales and Supplier teams. This includes regular (quarterly) business reviews with key suppliers.
- Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and services. Drive the expansion of supplier line-card to offer satisfying customer outcomes.
- Aid in the development and implementation of supplier strategic business plans. Offer informed solutions both internally and externally. Provide guidance or offers strategic suggestions.
- Collaborate with the sales team, prospects and current customers for feedback on current/future products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to help sell the product and professional services.
- Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Closely work with marketing communication team to support our strategic digital transformation initiative. Manage press releases, tradeshows, digital marketing and advertising.
- Develop strong working relationships across Arrow Electronics team and leverage Arrow solution offering
- Help to identify market share gains and demand creation KPIs
- Travel up to 25% may be required
What We Are Looking For:
- BS/BA degree required (preferably, EE, or similar technical degree) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- MS (preferably, EE, or similar technical degree) and/or MBA from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of product marketing or sales experience in the RF, RF Power component/device fields, with passive electronics background also a plus.
- Five+ years of management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully researching, analyzing and forming vertical-specific marketing product strategies
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- An understanding of commercial norms for RF Power markets and key buying preferences
- Ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints, perspectives and opinions with objective and impartial guidance
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills are a must. You will engage with executives.
Work Arrangement:
- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$106,300.00 - $188,575.20
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
