About the job:
We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights Manager for the SEA & Oceania region. This role involves facilitating the overall planning process within a Cluster/Sales company, ensuring all functions participate and data is interpreted strategically to extract key business implications. You will be a vital part of the Marketing team and represent Marketing function in the Oceania Sales Company Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
On Oceania level
- Part of Oceania Management team
- Manage cross-functional activities for Oceania Market with Content & Communication, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Sale Marketing teams to achieve deliverables.
- Lead collaboration with other excellence areas to align priorities with the strategic business plan and insights.
- Represent marketing during Oceania management meetings.
On Cluster level (SEA & Oceania)
- Part of Cluster Marketing Management team
- Initiate and manage the strategic business plan process across the cluster, including scheduling checkpoint reviews and progress updates.
- Translate business plans into strategic marketing plans and develop divisional marketing plans with clear priorities.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer intelligence analysis based on business plan priorities.
- Develop specific market analyses (BD Booster, Deep-dives, etc.) according to the needs of the Sales Company/Cluster.
- Prepare and manage periodic competitor analysis.
- Develop insights into macroeconomic and industry growth to anticipate trends or threats to the business.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.
- 8-10 years of experience in market insights analytics, marketing strategy, and B2B environments.
- Experience in managing people and strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Sydney.
