In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote Gap International's brand and drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (and external partners) to create impactful marketing campaigns, manage external communications, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on growth and expansion
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage brand and corporate communications
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10-15 years experience in a marketing or strategic communications position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to partner with designers to visualize, create and execute breakthrough content to support our marketing and communications objectives.
  • Experience managing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
