What you are going to do
Your job will include:
- Get a comprehensive understanding of our products, our customers, business strategy, company objectives and goals
- Coordinate quarterly strategic KPI reporting process with key stakeholders and perform quality assurance, resulting in a timely and accurate reporting via the quarterly performance cycle
- Oversee development of standardised strategic dashboarding solution and optimize process and content where possible with help of the dedicated IT colleagues
- Trigger and consolidate annual strategic target setting process based on inputs from target owners as part of the annual business plan cycle
- Give guidance and support to BUs and support functions as Corporate Relations and HR to create alignment between group strategic framework and their (local) strategic priorities for both internal and external purposes
- Assist in preparation and organisation of annual MB Strategy onsite and 3-yearly Capital Market Day
- Support annual EB/MB variable remuneration review by providing consolidated inputs
- Monitor overall progress on strategic KPI reporting in light of market development, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization
- Support the broader Performance and Analytics team on the financial analyses and preparing reports for the NN Group Management Board

Who you are
- You have experience in reporting
- You have financial/accounting university degree and at least 5 years working experience in that field
- You have adequate analytical skills that enables you to express a view on the reported KPIs, identify trends, pain points and come up with improvement suggestions
- You can maintain/develop a reporting tool (currently Power BI) with support of the relevant IT experts
- You have a proven track record of managing various (senior) stakeholders against deadlines
- You are inquisitive by nature, and you enjoy collecting and consolidating different views from various experts in the organization.
- You have strong communication skills (oral/writing) in English and Dutch, you are confident in communicating with senior stakeholders
Who you will work with
You will work within the P&A team, reporting to Kamiel van Langen. You will do your work with the support of another colleague. The P&A team in general is responsible for the , financial reporting and analyzes of the performance of the Group. The team consists of finance and actuarial experts with diverse international backgrounds. We are a fun, friendly and supportive team, helping each other and sharing knowledge. To connect, we work at the The Hague office every Wednesday.
