We are looking for an experienced Strategic Initiatives, Senior Associate to join the Global Strategic Initiatives and Readiness Team at Snap! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects and initiatives that align with Snapchat's business objectives and vision. You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you’ll do:

Analyze & Strategize: Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into actionable business recommendations for cross functional partners and senior leadership.

Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation.

Lead and collaborate: Work closely with business units and core ads monetization functions (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales…) to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Coordinate, operationalize and drive execution of projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven track record of successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Superior analytical skills, problem solving, business sense, and project management

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

3+ years experience in consulting or strategy role

Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders

Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influence
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and driving/influencing change

Proven track record of delivering on projects in a matrixed organization

An operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Passion for technology, social media, and digital innovation. Knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with Snapchat's products and platform!

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $0-$0 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $0-$0 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $0-$0 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
