About the team

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR consultation for assigned client areas within the Global Commercial Enterprise organization. The HRBP coaches the leader and their leadership team and provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, and compensation and rewards.

What you will be doing

  • Provide HR support and executive coaching to senior leaders within our Enterprise division.

  • Develop and/or drive the People Strategy for the assigned organization to enable the client’s business priorities.

  • Drive organizational change activities. 

  • Support talent management and organization design activities within assigned client group.

  • Coach leadership team members to successfully manage cyclical people management processes (talent management, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).

  • Partner with COEs on strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.

  • Partner with talent acquisition in support of the organization’s workforce plan.

  • Provide leadership and project management to HR initiatives across assigned client group as needed.

  • Collaborate across HR and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve needs and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years minimum experience

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and consult with senior leaders

  • Demonstrated HR functional knowledge in one or more HR disciplines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation

  • Ability to foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization

  • Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives

  Bonus and preferred experience if you have:

  • Previous strategic HR Business Partner experience

  • Experience partnering with sales leaders to support complex sales cycles and drive business growth   

  • Experience working in global organizations
