Position SummaryThe Measure Technician provides each customer with an exceptional experience while gathering critical information to deliver the most professional, efficient, and highest quality installation in the industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the primary functions of job site pre-installation measures, confirming the Sales Consultant's quote prior to any product being ordered for all products and solutions.
• Commute between job sites to collect accurate measurements and perform inspections.
• Clearly communicate with LHE Installation Teams and customers.
• Closely examine the condition of existing windows or baths, re-measure windows or baths for accuracy, and then assess the situation to plan for production and installation.
• Assist in training and developing new associates on how to effectively measure for a job.
• Collaborate with service providers and Installation Manager to communicate on daily activities, manage workload and services as needed.
• Always maintains safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to use sound judgement; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Skilled at consistently providing outstanding customer service, following through on responsibilities to customers and recovering from any errors made.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Travel Requirements

• Travel within designated territory.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements

• May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need.

Physical Requirements

• Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment
• Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
