Your New Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to join the Harry Potter Chicago team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the store's success, ensuring smooth operations, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with the Executive Director and other internal partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance our store's performance and profitability.
Your Role Accountabilities

  • Lead point of contact for the store, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
  • Conduct yearly reviews, performance evaluations, and manage performance with corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategies, procedures, and broader operational initiatives.
  • Develop and implement the store succession plan and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create a comprehensive store operations roadmap covering sales, customer service, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment through coaching and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and onboarding of staff, fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal partners and review store metrics forecasts.
  • Utilize customer insights to enhance the customer experience and innovate profitability strategies.
  • Analyze sales metrics, develop improvement plans, and maintain optimal headcount levels.
  • Promote a positive guest experience, address and resolve guest-related issues, and execute sales strategies for customer engagement.
  • Collaborate on product placement and seasonal trends with store leadership.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
