The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Specialists for storage management install, operate and maintain network and storage appliances, install patches and perform system updates, manage storage allocation, space, and replication strategies, and analyze and resolve problems related to storage systems and network storage solutions.
• Storage specialists may troubleshoot and restore complex storage problems across the enterprise related to replication strategies and storage strategies across wide area networks, recover data when required, and provide recommendations on storage upgrades and supports project integration as required.
• Resiliency and data protection protocols will be established and maintained for a variety of Dell/EMC and NetApp vendor products in hybrid multicloud and private cloud environments utilizing Cloud paks and containerization technologies.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
