Where You Come In:
We are currently seeking a Stockroom Associate to join our growing Production team in Bellefonte, PA! The ideal candidate must be able to work out of our Bellefonte, PA Production Office in person 100% of the time in person. Do you enjoy independent work, and a structured, systematic environment? Are you extremely detail-oriented, while also lacking patience at times? Do you find yourself constantly staying busy, trying to fine tune everything you come into contact with? Essential Functions:
- Perform picking, cycle counting, organizing, and kitting inventory items for sales and assembly orders
- Perform all functions related to packaging, shipping and receiving
- Data entry into ERP system, as needed
- Minor mechanical assembly of products as needed
- Operating CNC laser engraver
- Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adherence to our inventory and shipping standards
- Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or other KCF leadership staff
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP database desired
- Ability to follow specific work instructions for mechanical assemblies
- A desire to learn and continually improve
Work Environment & Conditions:
- Ability to stand or sit while maintaining alertness for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds in weight
- Position may require bending, leaning, kneeling, and walking
- Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate with external and internal customers
- Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical situations and physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency
