Job Purpose
Cordros Capital Limited needs the services of a Stockbroking Operations analyst who is conversant with Equities settlement, Trade reconciliations and other responsibilities as outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting and processing all clients’ inflows, payments, and transfers.
- Responsible for booking of clients’ investments/liquidations/maturities.
- Posting operational bank entries weekly.
- Carry out daily bank reconciliation on all the accounts to be submitted bi-monthly.
- Daily equities settlement & trade reconciliation.
- Daily review of client balances to prevent overdrawn balances and execution of all mandates.
- Sending of cash statements & portfolio valuation to clients on monthly & weekly basis
Job Requirements
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any other related discipline.
- A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification like ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of two to four years’ work experience in a stockbroking firm or group.

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:
