Amplify is seeking a talented, detail-oriented STEM Customer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing customer marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and product usage, while expanding our user communities. The ideal candidate is skilled in marketing content development, will have a passion for empowering educators, strong organizational skills, interest in community development, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to encourage engagement and drive usage of our science & math curriculums.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community strategies across multiple channels, including social media and email, focusing on both growth and engagement.

  • Drive activation with our advocacy groups as they grow, helping to manage day-to-day interactions, growth strategies and project fulfillment.

  • Support manager with data reporting and KPI tracking.

  • Support manager with the development of presentations and special projects for group meetings.

  • Identify opportunities for optimizing campaign content & engagement.


Minimum Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in community-building or marketing campaign management.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Familiarity with marketing tactics and tools, including email marketing, social media and content marketing.

  • Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana and Airtable is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to interpret metrics to drive insights and optimization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.


What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $46,500 - $74,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
