The Role

As an Intern at Kyndryl, you’ll be working with the Finance leadership & team @ Kyndryl Finance in supporting the Business leaders who are engaged in solving complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.

Your primary role would be to Plan, execute, and review statutory & internal audits in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.  Assessing financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards is another critical element to the profile.  

Further, your expertise will be helpful in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of audit issues and assisting in the preparation of financial audits, including supporting schedules and documentation are areas you would need to delve into.  Further, your experience will be helpful in deep analysis of the Ledger and Balance Sheets aiming towards improving the financials.  

You’ll also get the chance to share your expertise by recommending modernization options, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with other teams and stakeholders. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Internship duration will be a minimum 6 months to 2 years.

• Proven experience in statutory auditing or external auditing.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Candidates who are at CA intermediate level to apply.
