Beloit Kombucha Company’s single-serving powdered kombucha packets allow users to turn any glass or bottle of water into an immune and gut-health-boosting kombucha drink. Beloit Kombucha Company packets are inexpensive and environmentally friendly to ship, easy to store, are made with organic ingredients and contain live probiotic cultures.
Job Description
The CEO of Beloit Kombucha Company will oversee all aspects of building a team, delivering value and growing the customer base of the company. The CEO of Beloit Kombucha Company will lead and oversee business development, digital customer acquisition, production, packaging, branding & design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with formulator, co-man & co-packer to create and continuously improve products;
- Set monthly & annual growth & product development goals;
- Build team to execute on goals;
- Grow customer base and optimize acquisition strategies;
- Continuously improve branding and increase brand awareness;
- Continuously evolve eCommerce experience;
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Meet with stakeholders weekly and provide updates
Requirements
- Knowledge of and/or previous experience in the consumer packaged goods industry (specifically in food & beverage/powdered products);
- KPI & growth-obsessed mindset;
- Ability to lead and grow a team;
- Ability to direct business development;
- Knowledge of and/or previous experience raising venture capital financing;
- Experience leading or growing an early-stage startup;
- Experience with digital acquisition strategy and execution;
- Proven ability to manage multiple complicated projects simultaneously;
- Interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, internal team, etc.
- Resilience and adaptability to grow with a startup
