About the Role
The Standards and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of systems that support both day-to-day operations and compliance to regulatory, industry & business standards. The Standards and Compliance Coordinator supports the development of new systems, modifications of existing systems, or changes in current methods or techniques. The Standards and Compliance Coordinator will also provide support to the MAFACT Coordinator to drive companywide operational improvement.

Your Responsibilities
Duties• Manage the Layered Process Audit Program (MQS-03) through the communication of audit schedules, attainment results, open issue tracking, issue binning and driving corrective actions of systemic issues identified• Populate departmental business data daily (KPI) and monthly (QOS)• Support the implementation and administration of IntellaQuest system modules, access permissions and control of documents• Provide departmental training of the IntellaQuest modules by functional area• Create module specific IntellaQuest work instructions and/or instructional videos• Participate in or lead special project work or kaizen activity as assigned• Act as backup to Business Systems Supervisor for meetings, calls or report outs as required• Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal as required
Divisional Compliance Support• Acquire and maintain Internal Auditor certification to support internal and external compliance audits for IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CTPAT/PIP & TISAX standards• Conduct internal system audits• Participate with a cross functional team in manufacturing process audits• Assist with the completion of customer audits, assessments or surveys• Participate in or lead 8D problem solving efforts to drive corrective actions• Identify risk factors and suggest solutions to mitigate them • Perform validation and monitoring of corrective actions in response to internally or externally received non-conformances• Be a key contributor and advocate of company compliance
MAFACT Support• Assist MAFACT Coordinator with the review and analysis of both sectional and overall standard performance• Provide support to departmental champions to achieve MAFACT requirements and improve score• Participate or lead MAFACT initiatives or projects to achieve MAFACT compliance and operational improvement• Participate in internal and external MAFACT audit, review and validation activities• Perform other duties as assigned by the MAFACT Coordinator
General Points• Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties• Ensure that all Occupational Health & Safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties• Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform• Provide support for all energy and sustainability initiatives within Techform• Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs• Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction• Other duties as may be assigned by the Business Systems Supervisor

Your preferred qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration would be an asset• Previous experience in a compliance role is required• A minimum of three years of progressive experience within a production environment is required• Must have demonstrated experience in administrative and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI• Strong communication & presentation skills are required• Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Problem Solving methodology would be an asset• Internal/External Audit experience• Core Tools certification
