Au sein du département RH, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de Ressources Humaines (H/F) pour un stage à partir de janvier, idéalement pour 6 mois.

Responsabilités clés

  • Recrutement : Suivi du recrutement avec l’équipe international de Talent Acquisition
  • Onboarding : Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, mise à jour de notre politique d’intégration
  • Gestion administrative du personnel : Contrats, suivi des périodes d’essai, propositions de stage, suivi des dossiers du personnel, médecine du travail, mise à jour des différents tableaux de bord et reporting RH
  • Formation : Mise en place d’un plan de formation pour 2025. Recueillir les be soins de formation, déployer les sessions de formation et assurer le suivi
  • Communication interne (newsletter, politiques RH, évènements…)
  • Gestion des congés payés et des éléments variables de paie pour une business unit de 15 personnes
  • Marque employeur : Développer la marque employeur en lien avec l’équipe communication marketing
  • Projets internationaux : en lien avec les RH locaux, développer et implémenter des projets et des politiques RH

Compétences clés

  • Étudiant(e) en licence ou master, avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines (Université ou École de commerce), vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois au sein du service RH d'une entreprise leader de son domaine, dynamique et en fort développement à l’international.
  • Vous maîtrisez impérativement l’anglais couramment.
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et notamment Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques,)
  • Votre relationnel et votre goût du travail en équipe sont des qualités indispensables dans l’accomplissement de vos missions.
  • Vous êtes autonome, proactif(-ve) et avez le sens du service.
