Our Pricing Strategy and Standardization team is looking for an Intern. Within the Clients Solution Center organization that aims at providing strategic support for Sales, you will focus on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing Initiatives: Support the development of strategic pricing for both new products launched to the market and existing products. Conduct market analysis and internal evaluations, collaborating closely with product management to identify the right value proposition and target pricing. Benchmark competitor pricing, propose pricing models, and optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Pricing Operations and Policy Development: Assist in establishing internal pricing policies, processes, and guidelines to streamline pricing operations. Contribute to pricing governance to ensure compliance with internal standards and consistency across the organization.
- Standard Offerings Development: Collaborate with product management to define clear, standardized product scopes for new offerings that can be efficiently sold at scale and consistently replicated. Coordinate internal alignments and secure necessary approvals, then drive activities focused on standardizing these offerings across the product portfolio. Develop templates and frameworks for proposal management, client contracting, and internal processes to support consistent and efficient go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Engage with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to gather insights, support pricing and offering strategies, and ensure cohesive implementation across the business.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Same professional experience is preferred.
- Language Skills: High level of English is mandatory; proficiency in French is preferred.
- Financial Modelling: Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
- Project Management: ability to manage and drive complex projects with a practical, goal-oriented approach.
- Stakeholder Management: good coordination and communication skills to align and influence senior management on complex topics.
