Job Description

The Patient Care Solutions International marketing team is looking for a talented marketing intern to join our dynamic marketing team for 6 months.

The PCS business regroups a vast number of product lines including patient monitoring, anaesthesia, cardiology, maternal and infant care, clinical accessories and SW for critical care/operating room.

This role will be responsible for assisting the international (EMEA, ASEA& LATAM) marketing operations team on all aspects of business including but not limited to sales campaign design, sales support, pricing strategy development, new product launches, promotional digital marketing campaigns and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing marketing material for both print and digital channels
• Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, etc., while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing strategies related to brand awareness initiatives
• Assist in organizing events/webinars/conferences
• Develop promotional materials for products/services offered by the organization
• Maintain records of customer feedback received via surveys or other means
• Generate reports summarizing key metrics related to marketing activities undertaken by the department
• Monitor progress towards goals set forth in annual marketing plans
• Assist in maintaining website content
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills – MS Office Suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment
• Detail oriented individual who can multitask effectively
• Experience working with cross functional teams highly desirable
• Previous experience in healthcare industry advantageous

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. They must also possess strong organizational abilities along with attention to detail when preparing reports or presentations.

• Assister dans la gestion des supports marketing pour les canaux imprimés et numériques

• Gérer les campagnes publicitaires sur diverses plateformes telles que les réseaux sociaux, les e-mails, etc., tout en assurant la conformité avec les réglementations pertinentes

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour développer des stratégies liées aux initiatives de sensibilisation à la marque

• Assister dans l'organisation d'événements/webinaires/conférences

• Développer des supports promotionnels pour les produits/services offerts par l'organisation

• Maintenir des dossiers des retours clients reçus via des enquêtes ou d'autres moyens

• Générer des rapports résumant les principaux indicateurs liés aux activités marketing entreprises par le département

• Surveiller les progrès vers les objectifs fixés dans les plans marketing annuels • Assister dans la maintenance du contenu du site web

Qualifications : 

• Diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, études de communication, marketing, relations publiques ou équivalent

• Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides

• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale

• Compétences informatiques requises – Suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration au sein d'un environnement d'équipe

• Personne minutieuse capable de gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement

• Expérience de travail avec des équipes transversales très souhaitable

• Expérience préalable dans l'industrie de la santé avantageuse

Profil :

Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'une maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office telles qu'Excel, Word et PowerPoint.

Il/Elle doit également posséder de solides capacités organisationnelles et une attention aux détails lors de la préparation de rapports ou de présentations.

Un bon anglais requis pour ce stage.
