JR62056 Staff Software Engineer – IT EA PLM MD Informatica

We are seeking an experienced Informatica People & Technical Manager to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica tools, extensive experience in managing customer and product master data, and proven leadership skills to manage a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, including data analysts, developers, and administrators.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM suite.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across customer and product master data.
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL workflows and data mappings.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement MDM strategies to support business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Operational Management:
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of MDM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on MDM and Informatica tools.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Informatica MDM or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
