At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.
What you’ll do
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement integrations
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing systems and platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs that enable seamless communication between internal and external services.
- Design scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant architectural systems
- Collaborate and prioritize with cross functional stakeholders, both internal and external
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of proven domain experience as a software engineer.
- Conversational English, since you’ll be reporting and communicating with global teams in your day-to-day work.
- Working knowledge of highly distributed systems.
- Collaborate with leaders to create a center of engineering excellence for Global Integrations and Brazil Engineering.
- Help teams establish technical understanding and trust needed to succeed and execute on ambitious goals in Integrations
- Mentor and develop team members on technical and non-technical skills to create a high functioning team

This role is based in our Sao Paulo location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
