Staff Product Manager (m/f/d) - Saas Munich

Your ImpactAs Staff Product Manager at Tacto, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to create future-proof supply chains for the industrial Mittelstand. Joining at a critical growth phase, you'll shape not just our core product, but how we evolve into a world-class product organization.
Your impact will be multifaceted:

• Lead the development of our core product, making decisions that directly affect hundreds of users, thousands of suppliers and billions in procurement spend
• Build the foundation for our product organization by establishing scalable practices and processes together with our CPO
• Mentor and guide our product team, helping develop the next generation of product leaders (not a people leadership role though)
• Drive the technical architecture decisions that will enable us to scale effectively

What you'll work on:

• Own and drive the product strategy for our core product, making decisions that impact billions in procurement spend
• Establish product best practices and mentor our growing team of product managers
• Work closely with leadership to shape how we evolve from startup to a world-class product organization
• Build frameworks that help us maintain speed while improving quality as we scale
• Partner with engineering leadership on key architectural decisions for our B2B SaaS platform
• Work directly with leading Mittelstand companies to deeply understand their supply chain challenges
• Drive our product positioning and strategy in the industrial procurement space
• Create scalable discovery and delivery processes that work for both experienced and junior PMs

Your Profile

• You have 5-7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a top-tier B2B SaaS company where you've driven major strategic initiatives
• You've built complex B2B products at a company known for product excellence
• You bring deep technical understanding and can drive architectural decisions
• You have experience mentoring other product managers and building strong product practices
• You're passionate about creating scalable processes that enable rather than hinder
• You're native or C2 level in German, as you'll work closely with German Mittelstand companies
• You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and have experience in high-growth settings
