Position Summary:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will work with cross disciplinary teams to develop the meaningful UI/UX design, including the brainstorming, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and iterating based on research findings and documentation
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with lead designers creating meaningful experiences by delivering UX, UI design from concept through to shipping products
- Provide intuitive and creative solutions for complex design problems
- Work effectively with other designers, UX researchers, program managers, and hardware and software engineers in a highly collaborative environment
- Utilize design-thinking and user-centered approaches to communicate your design ideas effectively
- Critically evaluate the success of your design and iterate for the best result to meet business goals
- Document, organize, and share project plans to ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 6+ years experience of interaction and visual design
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Keynote/PPT) for creating visual artifacts and presentations
- Skilled in concept ideation, wireframing, UI design, hi-fi prototyping, and creating holistic systems that align brand, product, and user needs
- Solid portfolio with creative design works
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating design concepts to teams and stakeholders. Comfortable working in self-directed teams, navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and adapting to agile, startup-like environments
- Motion/animation skills are a plus

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
