Job Description

  • Responsible for Bartender Barcode Labelling software & server.
  • Manage and administer office printers and print server.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies.
  • Serve as Audit Coordinator for the IT Department.
  • Coordinate and manage business requirements for IT Solution in the area of IT Office Services.
  • Coordinate and manage IT Supplier as needed.
  • Support in tracking, managing, and renewal of maintenance and support contracts.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and effectively communicate solutions to non-technical end-users.
  • Manage the IT department’s budget and monitor spending.
  • Provide and deliver IT services in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Proactively implement action plans to enhance IT operational efficiency according to company IT standards and practices.
  • Lead small to medium IT projects in collaboration with local and global teams.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding and experience in leading various IT Audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 IATF 16949, ISO 45001.
  • Must possess strong documentation skills and can work in rapid change and fast-paced environment.
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.
  • Experience in relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team and Global IT Team.
  • Good understanding of various IT Infrastructure such as Server, Storage, Network, and Backup.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge with advanced capabilities within ITSM software such as ServiceNow, including experience with ITIL fundamentals.
  • Proactive personality who recognizes opportunities, take initiative and action to anticipate business needs, problems, and possible outcomes in addition to ad-hoc request from the business.
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Has an aptitude for acquiring technical skills and an eagerness to learn.
  • Has excellent time management skills and can make sound judgment/decision quickly.
  • Has the sense of urgency to fulfil requests from business.

Education and Experience

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in IT operations and Service Desk.
  3. Experience working in MNC environment preferably in the manufacturing sector.
