- General Experience
Job Description : **Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Test Planning & Requirement Analysis**
- Review and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand project scope.
- Identify test scenarios based on requirements.
2. Test Case Design & Execution**
- Create detailed, structured, and reusable test cases.
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform UI, functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
3. Defect Reporting & Tracking**
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
4. User Experience & Usability Testing**
- Evaluate application usability from an end-user perspective. - Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements.
5. Regression & Compatibility Testing**
- Perform regression testing for new releases.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers, devices, and OS versions.
6. API Testing & Database Testing (Basic Level)
- Test APIs using tools like Postman (if required).
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
7. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
8. Test Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test reports, and defect logs.
- Provide test status updates to stakeholders.
9. Basic Security & Performance Testing (Optional)**
-Identify security vulnerabilities and basic performance issues (if required).
