Industrial Connectivity and Control (ICC) BU Strategy is looking for an experienced Test Development Engineer. He/she will be responsible for developing test solutions (including hardware and software) in the manufacture of Analog, Digital, and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC). Involved in developing innovative test methodologies and procedures to continuously reduce test cost, improve quality and reduce test development cycle time. The position open is in Analog Devices Gen. Trias Cavite, Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance and quality measurement solutions to allow silicon verification, characterization, yield analysis, qualifications, and release to manufacturing
- Contribute to Design for Test (DFT) and Built-in Self-Test (BIST) definitions and development for improved testability and the best Full Factory Cost (FFC)
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate and interact with Design, Design Evaluation, Applications, and other Product Support team
- Mentor and coach Technicians and Junior Engineers to operate to the next level
Key Qualifications:
- Experience and background in analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware/software test and probe development
- Test development experience in Teradyne Flex/uFlex, LTX Fusion MX, Eagle ETS-88/364, or NI GP2/GP3 is an advantage
- Familiar with Cadence Allegro schematic capture and layout tool
- Proficient in using various bench equipment such as oscilloscope, digital multi-meter, programable source and measure units, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical analyses and associated tools
- A proactive, autonomous, self-motivated individual with a strong interest in developing and debugging measurement solutions
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is a good team player, and has good verbal and communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, EE, Microelectronics or equivalent degree
- With 4+ years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, particularly in Test Development Engineering
