About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team and help us develop, enhance, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, and proficiency in delivering scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications.
What you'll do
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce applications, ensuring the use of best practices and scalability.
- Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
- Drive architectural decisions, including system integrations, data modeling, and Salesforce configurations.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- Review and optimize Salesforce code for performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement customizations, automation (Workflows, Process Builder, Flow), and reporting features within Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance policies.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
- Work in an Agile environment and provide input during sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including 3+ years in a senior/lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.), including integrating with third-party systems.
- Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, etc.).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Experience).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce DX, and Git.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Einstein is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud.
- DevOps/CI-CD pipeline experience for Salesforce projects.
- Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Flow and automation.
- Experience of AgentForce
- Additional Salesforce Certifications, such as Integration Architecture Designer or Identity & Access Management Designer.
- Exposure to mobile development on Salesforce (Salesforce Mobile SDK).
