• The Staff Equipment Engineer is responsible for leading technical projects related to equipment design, development, and maintenance. This role involves providing technical direction, solving complex engineering problems, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision for equipment projects and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of key equipment systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve equipment issues, employing root cause analysis to develop effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation of systems, processes, and project progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
