We seek an experienced Data Delivery Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between other XPeng autonomous driving departments and internal technical teams. You'll orchestrate complex data operations to accelerate our model evolution cycle while ensuring seamless vehicle platform adaptations.
You will be working with teams comprising of best in class algorithm, software and test engineers to ensure best in class XPilot performance. Your work will ensure that we deliver the most reliable mass market autonomous vehicle solution.
Job Responsibilities:

Act as primary interface with autonomous driving algorithm teams to align data requirements with delivery roadmaps. Translate technical partner needs into actionable data development plans

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver synchronized solutions, optimize resource allocation across multiple data production pipelines

Drive data close-loop to ensure data driven iteration which is backbone of whole auotonmous driving unit.

Streamline and optimize agile software development processes followed by XPilot engineering teams. Educate all XPilot developers/leads on best agile development practices by organizing internal/external training/seminars.
Minimum Skill Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in computer science or other related engineering field

5+ years technical project management experience (data/AI/automotive preferred)

Proven track record managing complex data production lifecycles

Mandarin speaking is required

Excellent problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders
Preferred Skill Requirements:

Understanding of Big data infrastructure (ETL pipelines, cloud platforms) and Machine learning fundamentals

Work experience in a fast paced environment

Experience in managing large projects or programs with cross functional teams in multiple timezones

The base salary range for this full-time position is $161,460 - $273,240, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
