- Manage over $1M in monthly revenue for subscription and warranty for 1,500 customers.
- Responsible for invoicing deferred subscription and warranty.
- Oversee the transactional fee invoicing for multiple product lines.
- Responsible for monthly revenue reporting and analysis - including posting monthly revenue, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Responsible for answering external customer contract and billing questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather invoicing information used for making monthly changes to schedules prior to invoicing. Includes new units to be added, removal of terminated units, units transferred, as well as changes to assets on the units.
- Work with Inside Sales team assisting with issues and questions related to asset data.
- Update Salesforce subscription terms to reflect last term invoiced in a timely and accurate fashion.

Education and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and one to two (1-2) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and SOX compliance would be helpful but not required.
- Experience in and proficiency of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of various operating systems, software products (e.g. word processors, spreadsheet programs, etc.) is required and can be obtained through intellect, technical inclination, and dedication to gain such knowledge.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions and percentage
