Job Description
Agilent IT’s SAP Services & Digital Organization (SSDI) team seeks an experienced application Integration and Middleware technical lead familiar with the latest IPAAS and other integration platforms and technologies. In this position, you will integrate new applications/endpoints using Agilent's preferred integration platform, Jitterbit. You will work with other technical leads in different technological areas, such as SAP, Hana, C4C, WeChat, AdobeEM, Salesforce, and OKTA, to provide integration API Solutions. You will work closely with vendor experts to enhance and configure new platform capabilities and find solutions to existing technical problems. You will follow and optimize established integration best practice principles and standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and help shape Agilent’s integration services to new and existing Digital platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with product managers and on-site and offshore development teams to integrate, design, develop, test, and implement Agilent’s current identity manager technology expansion using an iterative and agile development methodology.
- Work closely with other teams to configure and integrate application endpoints using the best optimal integration tool.
- Research and adopt new integration protocols and technologies.
- Write and review technical designs.
- Project estimation of design (using Agile methodology), prototyping, and release to production and to support.
- Work closely with the delivery manager and back-end teams to architect and integrate with the Jitterbit solution.
- Work with various technology platform vendors to understand new offerings and mitigate ongoing issues.
- Review requirements and design specifications and ensure they meet Agilent security standards and are forward-looking.
- Design and develop new integration architecture.
- Stay current with the latest trends and integration platforms, systems, and processes.
- Manage Integration solution deployments through the development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture, supporting business processes, configuring and customizing existing and new solutions, and testing (unit, system integration, performance, and UAT testing).
- You will also participate in Supporting the solutions implemented and will be responsible for setting up the DevOps model and approach to continuous development and improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience of technology platforms such as Jitterbit Harmony and Jitterbit Cloud Studio, Private Agents and Private API Gateway, agent clustering, and basic tasks on installation and configuration
- Previous background in Designing and Developing Custom REST, SOAP, and Other APIs methodology
- Ability to rapidly iterate through prototypes of new integration capabilities/features ex Message Queue, custom/pre-built connectors, data synchronization services, and advanced data reconciliation caching processes.
- Have knowledge of Java, Python programming, and Unix Shell scripting .
- Experience with AWS such as IAM Concepts, EC2, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, auto-scaling etc.
- Experience with AWS development pipeline or GitHub.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment utilizing hands-on experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Education / Experience:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT.
- 4+ years of experience with different iPaaS platform ex: Jitterbit, Boomi, MuleSoft etc.
- Having a development certification with a preferred integration platform is a plus.
- Hands-on development experience in architecting, designing, and developing integration APIs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships.
