Meet the team:
Our group of WFM Professionals ensures that Dexcom has adequate resources to fulfill their commitment to patients and assist them in taking charge of their health. We aim to meet and surpass both internal and external targets as we transform Dexcom's resources into powerful supplements for our Dexcom patients.
Where you come in:
- You will generate and analyze interval level, daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
- You will manage internal tools and patient outages
- You will lead WFM calls with Operations on performance analysis and providing recommendations on how to improve current performance or staffing scenarios.
- You will recommend and support process improvement in and outside of the WFM Team
- Develop and produce regular and adhoc reports/dashboards for management, providing insights into workforce performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data insights that support business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
What makes you successful:
- Expertise in Genesys or other WFM tools and call managements systems.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) including but not limited to pivot and vlook in Excel
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong project management, quantitative and analytical skills
- You must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Expertise in dashboard creation in Tableau and other similar tools

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
