Who You Are and What Will You Do?

  • Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
  • Self-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end, holistic, sustainable solutions
  • Leads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
  • Creates, designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users
  • Maps data, creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday, and leads in data validation to ensure data quality
  • Works on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures)
  • Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
  • May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.
  • Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution

What You Will Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related human resources experience
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting.
  • Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment 
  • Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to work on site at least 6 days/month
