The Senior Technical Services (TS) Systems Implementation Specialist / Technical Lead is an advanced subject matter expert who is involved in highly complex environments for installation, integration, deployment, configuration and fault management.
This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning.
This role works towards expert level certification, while at the same time developing business knowledge.

We seek a competent and forward-thinking Cloud engineer to join our team and refine our cloud infrastructure. Your role will be to design, execute, and supervise hybrid cloud solutions tailored to our organization's demands.
Responsibilities
Craft, engineer, and roll out cloud solutions aligned with the company's strategic directives and necessities.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring fluid integration of cloud offerings with extant systems and applications.
Oversee and refine cloud infrastructure for enhanced performance, scalability, and safeguarding.
Assess and champion novel cloud innovations to bolster the company's operational prowess and market stance.
Establish and sustain records detailing cloud architecture, methodologies, and exemplary practices.
Engage intimately with IT security contingents to guarantee alignment with sectoral norms and stipulations.
Liaise with suppliers and associates to streamline the inception and upkeep of cloud resolutions. Assist with the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based systems
Train and mentor team members on cloud technologies, best practices, and processes
Skills and Qualifications
Academic credentials in Computer Science, Information Technology, or akin disciplines; preference for Master's level or above.
Professional certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions
Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, platforms, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of networking, security, and database management concepts
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Powershell ,Python and Ansible scripting is preferable
