- Work closely with offshore teams to develop and/or integrate newly developed test processes and systems into the production environment
- Review, analyze, and drive existing manufacturing test technologies with a goal of continuously improving yield, production line efficiency and cycle time, programming automation, and reduction of manual commands and data inputs
- Develop new and modify existing test hardware and software to meet product requirements
- Analyze, debug, and recommend corrective actions for test related issues on the manufacturing floor
