Job Content:

Fully complied with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of LivaNova Group; ensure people are conducing business in a fair and ethical fashion. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures, and business practices. Responsible for specific regional business growing, included but not limited:
1. Continuously drive the sales growing in specific regions and achieve the sales target.

2. KOL management and professionally deliver the technical support to the specific accounts and therapy to ensure the in-market sales.
3. Account management to provide timely and comprehensive field market information to relative management team as requested.
4. Ensure the accuracy and timely input of the sales related data in CRM system to support the business decision.
5. Work with distributor to support order placement base on the regional sales target and phasing forecast, and support reasonable channel inventry.
6. Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and business planning.  

Requirements:

1. Solid sales experience in Medical Device industry with min 5 years.
2. Strong demonstrative customer focus
3. Proven strategic selling and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent leadership ability
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Great influencing skills, with the ability to build trust

6. Bachelors Degree in Medical, Clinical, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
