Summary
Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment activities to provide proactive sourcing and networking for senior level and complex professional, managerial, and operational positions within the organization. Takes a consultative approach, working closely with management to define the business needs and build both position requirements and ideal candidate profiles. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to fill open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies and procedures and applicable government regulations and laws.

This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday working on-site at 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia SC, in an office environment.
Position Purpose:
The Senior Talent Partner ensures timely filling of open positions while adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and government regulations. They efficiently recruit for senior, professional, managerial, and operational roles, proactively sourcing and networking for candidates.
What You'll Do:

Develop and drive strategic staffing plans and pipelining of active and passive talent to generate qualified candidate pools, conduct in-depth screens, and assess for levels of interest, qualifications and salary expectations. Utilize strong sourcing skillset and pipeline building capabilities to attract, influence, and convert hard to find passive talent across multiple geographies and networking platforms.

Build strategic partnership with key stakeholders to fully understand business drivers and proactively anticipate talent needs. Provide strategic support, day-to-day coaching and functional leadership to hiring team through the selection process. Consult and advise about trends and changes within the market and talent landscape utilizing market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to influence and drive talent strategies.

Utilize recruitment tools such as the Human Capital Management (HCM) system for workflow tracking, candidate disposition, offer extension, and new hire documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure all applicable pre-employment checks are completed. Implement innovative, efficient, and effective recruitment initiatives and processes.
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:

Required Education: Bachelor's

Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience

Required Work Experience: 7+ years of Human Resources or business/leadership consulting experience, of which 3+ years is spent working with, influencing, and partnering on short-and long-term objectives. 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (full lifecycle and sourcing). Experience can be concurrent.

Required Specialized Training: Experience with building strategic recruiting plans using business needs and market intelligence. Experience in mentoring and leading projects. Experience in performing high complexity searches. Experience using recruiting metrics and data. Strong networking experience with advanced social media and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills and Abilities: Significant experience in influencing leaders across various disciplines and lines of business. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale as appropriate to each unique business need. Natural problem solver with a proclivity to seek out data and trends internally and externally to meet business needs. Good judgment skills. Ability to think independently and proactively provide well though-out decisions. Effective customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Current knowledge of applicable federal/state laws relating to employment (Title VII, ADA, EEO).
